Our Pulse Jet Bag Filters are Modular type i.e you can have add-on modules of 10000 CMH each & multiplying the same as many nos. as you need based on your Air flow rate. For Example for a Bag House of say 50000 CMH you can add 5 modules of 10000 CMH each together connected with a single Centrifugal Blower. The Blower can have same Air flow rate but with higher or lower static pressure with different Motor Power as per customer’s requirement. GPT offers Dust Extractors with Cartridge filters, polyester non-woven & woven filters for temperature of application upto 100 Deg. C & RYTON, NOMEX, fibreglass & many other types of filters for high temperature application upto 300 Deg C. GPT can supply Modular type Bag house of air capacity from 1000 cmh to 500000 cmh. It can attain a filtration efficiency of 99.99% down upto 1 micron depending upon input dust load. Other customized solutions are also available based on various parameters viz. material thickness, material of construction (MS/SS-304/SS-316 etc), low height or smaller Bag Filter units based on availability of space, add on features w.r.t. safety & operation & many other such permutations & combinations.   1. The dust-laden air enters the bag filter bustle.
  2. The air is uniformly distributed avoiding channeling.
  3. Initially a coat of material forms on the bags. Subsequently, the coat acts as the filtering medium.
  4. The dust is accumulated on filter elements while the air passes thorough the filter bags from outside to inside.
  5. The accumulated powder is dislodged from the bags by reverse pulse-jet air intermittently.
  6. The dislodged powder falls on bottom cone and is discharged through powder discharge valves.
  7. The dust free air is sucked by induced draft fan and is exhausted to atmosphere.
  8. Knockers are provided on conical portion especially for sticky/hygroscopic materials.
  • We careful select filter bag fabric considering temperature, particulate size, air-to- cloth ratio.
  • The Felt media bag minimizes pressure fluctuations giving uniform and high collection efficiency.
  • Specially selected Anti-stick coating on bags minimizes bag choking.
