Thermic fluid heaters are widely used in the industrial sector for various heating applications. Fuel used can be Bio fuel, Bagasse, Coal/Rice Husk, Mustard husk and other fuels. Thermic fluid heaters can be from leading brands of Thermax, Cheema Boilers, IBL & many more. Air capacities ranging from 10000 M3/Hr. to 500000 M3/H. 

GPT Dust collectors are equipped with Fire detection & extinguishing system (ATEX approved), spark arrestors, pneumatic dampers in the ducting line & high-quality filters having a filtration efficiency of 99.95%. 

Thermic fluid/thermal oil heater is designed for maximum efficiency, using a variety of solid fuels including agro-waste fuels. It allows high process temperatures at low operating pressures.

The furnace construction is done on site. It includes foundation, fabrication and erection of supporting structure, building up refractory chambers, fixing up firing doors, ash doors, access doors, fuel feeders, support bars for grates, grate bars, etc.

For Example for a Bag House of say 50000 CMH you can add 5 modules of 10000 CMH each together connected with a single Centrifugal Blower. The Blower can have same Air flow rate but with higher or lower static pressure with different Motor Power as per customers requirement. GPT offers Dust Extractors with Cartridge filters, polyester non-woven & woven filters for temperature of application upto 100 Deg. C & RYTON, NOMEX, fibreglass & many other types of filters for high temperature application upto 300 Deg C. GPT can supply Modular type Bag house of air capacity from 1000 cmh to 500000 cmh. It can attain a filtration efficiency of 99.99% down upto 1 micron depending upon input dust load. • Weigh Buggy Hoods: GPT can custom design a hood for weigh buggy. Offered with PVC strips to help contain the dust to the hood area while allowing the operator to see the feed level in the weigh buggy. They are very effective in containing and capturing the feed and ingredient dust that is being discharged into the weigh buggy.

• Transfer Points: The best place to capture dust is at a point where a material flow is changing direction or transferring from one type of conveying system to another.
